PADI CAVERN SPECIALTY PROGRAM Why not experience something extraordinary and get the first step into the word of cavern diving? The PADI Cavern Specialty Program and the IANTD Cavern Course offer to certify advanced open water divers the opprotunity to become cavern specialty diver or cavern diver through a 3-4 day cavern training program totaling at least 4 cavern dives. We will have some classes of Academics, where you will learn about the cavern and cave formations, cave hazards, equipment, buoyancy control and propulsion techniques, use of lines and reels, underwater communications, dive planning, psychological aspects, emergency procedures. We will practice land drills and we will repeat these skills on a shallow area of the cenotes. During our 4 dives we will enjoy 2 different cenotes and apply the information we have learnt during our academics and land drills. Material used for the training: NSS Cavern Diving Manual, IANTD Cavern Manual. PADI Cavern Specialty and IANTD Cavern Course prices: 425usd per person including academic classes, manual, transportation, entrance to the cenotes, 4 dives, land-drills, tanks and weights. Rental of equipments is 15usd per person per day.
